UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our growing GladBit team. You’ll collaborate with talented engineers, designers, and product managers to build reliable and scalable software used by clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile apps.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
Maintain consistency with GladBit’s design system and brand guidelines.

Requirements

Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards.
Ability to translate business requirements into design solutions.
Experience designing for SaaS or B2B software is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
