About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Writer to join our growing GladBit team. You’ll collaborate with talented engineers, designers, and product managers to build reliable and scalable software used by clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Create technical documentation, blog posts, and product guides.
Collaborate with developers and designers to gather accurate information.
Write clear, structured, and SEO-friendly content.
Maintain consistency in voice and tone across all documentation.
Update and improve existing content as products evolve.

Requirements

Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Understanding of software development concepts and terminology.
Experience with Markdown, Git, or CMS platforms.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization.
Ability to explain complex topics in simple, engaging language.
