About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Business Analyst to join our growing GladBit team. You’ll collaborate with talented engineers, designers, and product managers to build reliable and scalable software used by clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for software projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Translate requirements into technical documentation and user stories.
Support QA and development teams in requirement validation.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project documentation and requirement gathering.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Background in software development or IT is a plus.
