About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Product Manager to join our growing GladBit team. You’ll collaborate with talented engineers, designers, and product managers to build reliable and scalable software used by clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements from key stakeholders.
Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure successful product launches.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
Measure and analyze product performance to continuously optimize the user experience.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager in a tech or SaaS environment.
Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
Strong technical background with deep understanding of software development lifecycles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision making.
