Customer Success Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Customer Success Manager to join our growing GladBit team. You’ll collaborate with talented engineers, designers, and product managers to build reliable and scalable software used by clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for client onboarding, training, and ongoing proactive support.
Build strong, lasting relationships to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer health metrics, usage patterns, and successfully prevent account churn.
Gather client feedback and liaise with the product teams to improve service offerings.
Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role in tech/SaaS.
Strong empathy for customers and a massive passion for revenue and business growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-value enterprise accounts simultaneously.
A proactive and solution-focused approach to relationship management.
